Membership in the association is open to individuals working as paralegals, students in paralegal programs, and employers and educators who support the paralegal profession.  These categories of membership are active, student or associate, and sustaining.

 
 Active  ( Download Application )  Dues: $40.00 Annually

An active membership applicant must qualify under one or more of the following sections:

 Active Section 1-8
 
 Associate   ( Download Application )  Dues: $40.00 Annually
                          
  
An associate membership applicant must qualify under one or more of the following sections:

Sustaining Member  ( Download Application )  Dues: $60.00 Annually
                          
 
Sustaining membership is open to any natural person, corporation, partnership, association, or other entity or organization so long as the party considered for sustaining membership endorses the purposes of the Corporation. Sustaining members shall not be entitled to vote on any matters presented by the Board of Directors.
